What we collect

When you use a form on this site (contact, appointment request, newsletter sign-up, or the lead form) we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number and message. We don’t require an account, and we don’t ask for financial information through this website.

This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If you choose to load the map on our contact page, that request goes to Google and is subject to Google’s own privacy policy. It stays unloaded until you click it.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, help with your real estate needs, and, if you opt in, send occasional market updates. We do not sell your personal information.

How we protect it

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are delivered to our team inbox through our email provider over encrypted connections. From there, your details live in our email and in the transaction records we keep for our clients. We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to help you or to meet the record-keeping rules that apply to a licensed brokerage, and we limit access to the agents working with you.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share what’s necessary with the people involved in your transaction, such as our brokerage, a lender or title company you choose to work with, and the service providers that run our email and this website. We also share information where the law requires it.

Your choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text to stop those. You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it by contacting us below, and we’ll honor the request unless we’re required to retain the record.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
